SanoRice consists of 3 factories: SanoRice Netherlands B.V. SanoRice Belgium N.V. SanoRice Italia SrL. The head office, SanoRice Holding B.V., is located in the middle of the "Food Valley", in Veenendaal, The Netherlands. History The rice cake production started in The Netherlands in 1987 under the name "Reforma", when only the traditional rice cakes without flavour were manufactured. This company was acquired by "Novartis" in 1993. Several years later, in 1998, the company "Corpeq" acquired the rice cakes business from Novartis and SanoRice was founded. Corpeq is a privately owned company with different divisions. SanoRice is the only part of the group focussed on the FMCG market.
